DELIVERABLES: Full color digitally illustrated asset for product logo.

SCOPE: Gold Spark Design (GSD) is a graphic design company that specializes in creative packaging designs for food, beverage, and supplements, and they often commission me to do bespoke illustrations for their clients' labels and logos. 

For this project, GSD needed an illustration for their client's new logo. They wanted a classic Italian chef but a little crazed and cutting into a tomato. I provided the following sketch:

They initially really liked this design and wanted to see it with more tomato "blood" splatter, resulting in the following illustration. In the end, they opted to just keep the 3 splatter marks shown in the final logo (first image), but I do have a soft spot for the bloodier version haha!
