CLIENT: Ashling commissioned this for her wife

DELIVERABLES: B&W digitally illustrated 11x14 print

SCOPE: Ashling commissioned me to design a cartoonized portrait of her wife being a chaotic little dungeon master, surrounded by all her notes, books, dice, and minis, as a gift for her first time DMing their group of friends (cutest commission ever???) I really enjoy including borders around my illustrations that elements can break through to add another dimension; in this case, I did that with the "Roll Initiative!" and "Fuck!!" word bubbles (if you know, you know).

Ashling provided me photos of her wife, including outfits she wears most often, so I made sure to put her in her favorite knitted slippers, wool beanie, and Door County crewneck, but I otherwise designed everything else.
